
Throughout my journey in the Digital Marketing Master’s program at Full Sail University, I’ve grown both professionally and personally, transforming theoretical marketing concepts into data-driven, real-world strategies. My capstone project with Be Pampered Foot Spa served as the foundation for this growth, allowing me to integrate creative storytelling with measurable analytics to help a local small business expand its reach and strengthen customer relationships. This experience reinforced my passion for helping small businesses thrive through innovative digital solutions powered by AI and performance analytics.
My career and continuing growth plan center on becoming an analytics-focused digital marketing strategist who empowers small businesses to compete effectively in a data-driven marketplace. I plan to deepen my expertise through continued certifications in Google, HubSpot, and AI marketing tools, and to get active in professional organizations such as the AMA and DMI. Long-term, I aspire to build a consultancy that helps small brands translate marketing data into meaningful growth strategies, leveraging emerging technologies like AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and audience personalization.
During my mock interview, I gained valuable insights into how confidence and preparation can elevate communication. My interviewer’s feedback helped refine my ability to deliver clear, data-backed responses while highlighting the value I bring as both a strategist and a creative problem-solver. I also developed a deeper understanding of how different social media platforms operate beneath the surface, insights that will help me connect more authentically with target audiences across digital channels.
The Digital Marketing Master’s program, as a whole, has been a transformative experience that combines creativity, analytics, and strategy. From developing GA4 dashboards and SEO content plans to designing conversion funnels and PR campaigns, every course is built on the last to form a holistic understanding of modern marketing. My Be Pampered Foot Spa project, in particular, taught me how to blend data insights with empathy, creating marketing that not only performs, it also builds trust and loyalty.
